Bob Cooke is a Teaching Supervising Transactional Analyst (P) UKCP.
Bob is an accredited Psychotherapist Supervisor, Educator and Freelance Trainer.
Bob founded The Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy (1988) though he has been a Psychotherapist since 1985 where he first began his practice from Manchester UK.
In 1993 he was accredited as a European Supervisor by the European Association of Transactional Analysis. Also since this time he has been further accredited a Teacher and Trainer by the above organisation.
Therefore he has been running a comprehensive Psychotherapy Training Programme from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy since 1993.
Each year the training programme has taken on at least one new intake of Psychotherapy Trainees who have been working towards full accreditation.
Bob has always been interested in the area of Supervision and since his accreditation as a qualified Supervisor he has trained people in the art of Supervision both Internationally and in the UK.
In 2001 Bob started a Supervision Department within the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy and has been running a Certificate in Supervision since that date.
Thus, Bob has been Training and Supervising therapists in the art of Psychotherapy over the last three decades.
